Good morning y’all – watch the leaves change colors and start to fall off the trees this week.
Fall weather brings out the best in all of us. I mean who doesn’t love a good 60-70 degrees day, light breeze while the sun is still shining down, a little less sweat and a little more cool in the air, right? This week I put away my sunglasses and pulled a light jacket out of the closet, a sure sign that summer has passed me by.
Start the new season off with some Magic Elixir White Bean Soup. Why is it a Magic Elixir? Well, because no matter what I got into that weekend, this soup brings me back to healthy and feeling good. I’ve tested it through busy travel weekends, having a few too many with my friends, late night football games and raising a newborn baby. Back to healthy, guaranteed.
Give it a try this weekend with me. Let’s get supper on the table.

Commandment #23 – Order of cooking 1) starches 2) vegetables 3) meats. This way the meats are HOT when putting the plates out.
Buy some skillets using my Amazon Affiliate links, and embrace the fall cooking season.
